What to bring
The weather in the United Kingdom is changeable. In Worthing, we often get the best of the weather, although it can be cold sometimes even in the summer.
Bed linen and towels are provided for all of our guests. If you are currently taking medication, please ensure you bring enough to cover the duration of your stay.
Our accommodation services is design for adults, though we are happy to consider accomodating anyone under the age of 18 if accompanied by an adult.
The journey
If you are using public transport, make your way to the mainline train station, and buy a ticket to Worthing. There are trains that go directly from Gatwick to Worthing mainline station.
Once you have arrived at Worthing, go to the front of the station where you will find a phone. Phone us, and we will probably be able to come and collect you within 5-10 minutes. Alternatively, the number 7 bus runs directly from Worthing railway station to outside our front door (one stop after Broadwater Church). Buses 1 and 5 are also suitable, although you will need to get off at Broadwater Church, and walk 300m to our house instead. A bus map can be found here, and the timetables for bus 7, bus 1 and bus 5 are also available for download (you need to have Adobe Acrobat reader installed to view).
If you have arranged to be collected from Gatwick airport by us (an extra charge applies), go to the Arrivals hall. It may take a little while to collect your luggage but we will be waiting in the Arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name on it. Make yourself known to us, and we can then assist in carrying your luggage and bringing you back to Worthing.
